Terms of Use
By downloading or using KubeSpade (“the App”), you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
Subscriptions and purchases
Optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly / yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase unlock Pro features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Prices are shown in the App via StoreKit and may vary by region. Unused free trial periods (if offered) are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your clusters
You are solely responsible for credentials you store, clusters you connect to, and actions you take (including exec, port-forward, and node operations). Use of the App with production systems is at your own risk.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP OR INTERACTION WITH YOUR KUBERNETES CLUSTERS.
Acceptable use
Do not use the App to violate law, abuse third-party systems, or circumvent App Store purchase mechanisms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
